Splicer - 50 is a compact Flying Splicer with several exceptional features and flexibilities like it's usage with any make / model of the 4 pages wide web offset machines being manufactured globally. This can be integrated directly inline, at 90 degree with turn bars or in basement as per suitability and availability of the space.

• Two arm flying paster 

• PLC tension control with dancer and pneumatic arm

• Individual drive on both arms for perfect linear speed match / tension control / brake 

• Acceleration from centre 

• Auto Individual roll alignment prior to splice

• Side lay adjustment

• Splicing arm with pneumatic activated knife and roller

• Simultaneous cut and paste under tension

• Roll loading and unloading from same side

• Self shaft chucking (Reel shaft not required)

• Shafted version also available

• Control and regulation by plc

• Independent frames (non load bearing)

• Splice pattern straight or V.

• Web In-feed is integral part of splicer-50 and consists of one motorized infeed roller, one dancing roller etc.

• Can accommodate drive shaft and is fully compatible to all makes of web offset machines • Both arms can also be used for handling two different reels independently
