Is available as integral part of roll stand as well as separate stacked unit. The stacked unit can be mounted on similar units to make it 2 High, 3 High or 4 High configurations for multicolor printing on both sides.

To aid the production of multi color high quality printing PRIMA units have special advantage. Each PRIMA unit has the facility of multicolor printing by DIRECT LITHOGRAPHY which allows additional color with minimum loss of page capacity.

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • Heavy duty side frames are of solid/rigid and of graded casting

  • Short vertical web lead

  • Ultra narrow gap (1.7mm) in plate cylinder with optional register pins.

  • No complicated plate clamping system

  • Automatic Lubrication

  • All web lead-in rollers are hard chrome plated

  • T-bar blanket lock-up for easy and secure mounting of blankets

  • Precision gear through-out to maintain register, constant velocity and folding accuracy.

  • Blanket and plate cylinders are hard chrome plated, dynamically balanced and mounted on dust proof tapered roller bearings for vibration free performance.

  • Running circumferential register on both plate cylinders and are provided on operators side.

INKING & DAMPENING SYSTEM

  • Continuous feed inking system ensures quality at all speeds

  • Dual ink form rollers

  • Swing down ink fountains for easy and quick cleaning

  • fountain keys for accurate ink control across the web (optional lever style keys)

  • Gear driven ink train

  • Manually operated lever to rotate ink fountain roller for quick setting of ink and easy cleaning

  • Continuous feed dampening system with micromatic control of fountain roller for variable speed to achieve reliable & quick result.

  • Brush dampening motor installed at 180° for efficient and trouble free  working.
