Operation panel with touch-screen can perform all splice actions so that operators can setup easily the splicing brake parameters, carriage limits and electric hoist limits by operation menu if it is necessary. Operators also can diagnose and figure out the splice errors by diagnosis function rapidly. Web speed display on the screen let operator know the splice speed clearly.

PRESSLINE’s Automatic Splicers establish and maintain web tension through a single independent air loading dancer. The low mass of the dancer roller and its close proximity to the paper roll creates a fast and precise tension control system. Tension upsets are effectively isolated from the press.

The splicing diameter of expiring roll setting function leaves operators flexible option to control and reduce the waste of roll paper.

The Splice cycle is automatically actuated when the expiring roll reaches a predetermined diameter. This results in minimal core waste and ensures that the splice is made even if the machine in unattended. The splice cycle also can be manually actuated regardless of roll diameter if it needs to reject a bad roll of  paper.

PRESSLINE's Zero Speed Automatic Splicer have equipped a manual roll side-correcting adjustable device on drive side of machine, it eliminate suitable that wrinkle is caused by miss averaged positions of roll.

PRESSLINE's Zero Speed Automatic Splicers can be equipped additional web tension control unit easily to satisfy the requirement of dual web flow. The additional web tension control unit is available as an option.

Two PRESSLINE Zero Speed Automatic Splicers can be put in tandem for dual web flow. The up device is designed for operators to load the web from the posterior machine conveniently and quickly. Motorized drive unit provides more easily to web up than manual. The motorized drive unit is available as an option.

 Adjustable sidelay

The lateral position of each paper roll can be adjusted independently while running. This is used to compensate for uneven or telescoped rolls. The sidelay controls have equipped safety limits so that operators are safe to lad or remove paper rolls.

Motorized remote control sidelay is available as an option. The remote stations can be placed at any desired location in the pressroom.
