FEATURES SUPPORTED

1. The Book Clamps Travel in an oval shaped path so that the book is in line with the crucial binding stations like Milling, gluing and Cover nipping. (In circular paths of motion, the book back is always in tangent to the Milling and gluing stations, resulting in non-uniform milling and gluing across the length of the spine.)

2. Continuous flow of clamps to the feed-in station, with " non book-no cover" safety system.

3. Variable Speed of Operation ( Continuously Variable A/C Inverter Drive)

4. The Milling Station has a specially designed Cutter which removes paper by strips ( which has commercial value as waste) and avoids the generation of paper dust.

5. Three Roller Gluing system ( with Reverse spinner) and Side Gluing attachment. Facility for Head and Tail Cut-off of adhesives.

6. Automatic Cover Feeder ( with Creasing attachment) which feeds covers into a pre-setter where the book back is aligned with cover, before Nipping. 

7. Moving Cover Nipping Station to handle high speeds of operation.

A unique Product Combining the flexibility of Single Clamps and Productivity of Multi Clamps.
