ROLL STANDS
Single Roll Stand with Auto Brake
- Roll Stand is available separately or as integral (lower) part of the unit.
- Semi automatic braking for accurate tension control of web.
- Governor roller controls tension with adjustable tension level.
- Side lay adjustment for centering of paper roll with convenient hand wheel.
- To check space restrictions, roll stand can be stacked or installed at right angle using a turning bar.
Twin Roll Stand (Manual)
Roll stands are avilable in a single version or a double version.
The double version has the versility to run two webs at a time or when it is being used for a single web it works as a manual splicer where in you can manually paste the roll to the expiring roll and as such save the time for the webing again on the machine.
DRS is double roll stand. Two rolls can be accomodated in a single frame and a semi automatic pasting and splicing device is incorporated to change the expiring roll with new one at crawling speed of upto 4000 cph. Two independent rolls can also be used in Double Roll Stand.
